Program Manager, Operational Efficiency

About the role

As a Program Manager in the Operational Efficiency domain, you will lead multiple programmes that improve the speed, quality and cost‑effectiveness of Bolt's rides operations. You will work across functions to design processes, implement tooling and ensure data integrity while managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Hub Management programme to optimise hub lifecycle costs for driver partners.
• Drive the Automated Access Management programme, providing secure, automated tool access for employees and outsourced agents.
• Identify, design and launch additional programmes that standardise operational workflows and build supporting tools.
• Define operational benchmarks and propose levers such as standardisation, automation, centralisation or outsourcing.
• Create SOPs, process flow designs and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
• Implement new processes and tools across markets, managing change and delivering onboarding sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of process design, risk management and operational efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
