Senior People Experience & Culture Partner

About the role

Tabby is seeking a senior leader to shape and own its People Experience and Culture programs across a distributed, multi‑hub workforce. In this strategic, hands‑on role you will design, launch and scale culture, events, recognition and milestone initiatives that foster connection and belonging for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hub events, team‑building activities and road trips that strengthen belonging across locations.
• Build and run scalable recognition and milestone programs (birthdays, anniversaries, new‑baby gifts, etc.) that feel personal at any headcount.
• Own the end‑to‑end process for branded merchandise, from concept to production and distribution.
• Drive employee engagement and communications, advising teams on formats and best practices.
• Lead cross‑hub initiatives that reinforce a shared culture and consistent employee experience.
• Manage external vendors, agencies and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning employee events, team‑building and engagement programs end‑to‑end, preferably across multiple locations or a distributed workforce.
• Creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable employee‑experience initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with local hub experts while setting global standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering inclusive, connected cultures.
