Senior Product Legal Counsel

About the role

FYUL is looking for a Senior Product Legal Counsel to serve as the primary legal partner for its Product, Engineering and Growth teams across Printful, Printify and SnowCommerce. You will be embedded in the product development cycle, guiding legal considerations from concept through launch and iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Advise business teams on legal implications of new features, especially AI‑driven, merchant‑facing tools, storefronts and platform integrations.
• Monitor, identify and analyse regulatory and compliance requirements in key jurisdictions (US, EU and others) and translate them into actionable product guidance.
• Draft, review and refine product‑related contractual provisions and terms of service to ensure consistency with functionality, customer statements and regulatory demands.
• Establish standardized risk‑assessment frameworks and processes that scale legal input with product velocity.
• Maintain proactive, cross‑functional communication so legal considerations surface early and decisions are well documented.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Legal team’s processes to support rapid business growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in‑house within e‑commerce or tech startups.
• Master’s degree in Law.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Keen interest in technology and innovation.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and IT.
• Expertise in Intellectual Property and Consumer Protection laws.
• Understanding of SaaS and digital product development.
