Senior Product Manager, Supply Incentives

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Supply Incentives at Bolt, you will own the strategy and roadmap for driver‑focused incentive programs. Working with engineers, data scientists, designers and operations partners, you will translate market insights into sustainable, motivating incentives that drive growth across Bolt’s rides platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for supply‑side incentives aligned with Rides group goals.
• Analyze driver behaviour, market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments to measure incentive effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to move concepts from idea to launch.
• Prioritize features based on driver needs, business economics and data insights.
• Track key performance metrics and iterate on incentive programs.
• Serve as the internal expert on supply economics and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in marketplace, mobility, platform or incentives domains.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort building business cases.
• Proven track record of delivering product initiatives that impact P&L.
