About the role

We are looking for a Senior Large‑Client Manager to lead and expand our B2B portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers, aligning their business needs with Elisa’s Telco and IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large corporate clients.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as the main liaison within Elisa.
• Identify business needs and generate new sales opportunities through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Advise decision‑makers at all levels, including C‑level executives, on suitable Telco and IT solutions.
• Drive proactive communication and ensure agreements are executed successfully.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in large‑client or key‑account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of interacting with senior executives.
• Strong interest in telecom and IT solutions with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of IT and telecom services.
