Talent Acquisition Lead & HR Partner

About the role

This position combines strategic talent acquisition leadership with hands‑on HR partnership. You will shape hiring processes across the Helmes group while supporting leaders and teams in everyday people matters, creating an employee experience that feels genuine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a Talent Acquisition team of three, fostering a culture of Care, Courage and Efficiency.
• Own senior, niche and business‑critical hires, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Improve sourcing, interviewing and decision‑making practices, leveraging AI tools and data‑driven approaches.
• Strengthen Helmes’ employer brand in partnership with HR and Marketing.
• Provide trusted HR partnership to leaders, supporting onboarding, growth conversations and change management.
• Coach managers on people management, feedback and team development.
• Translate employee feedback into tangible improvements in the employee experience.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT or technology.
• Proven experience leading a team or function, with strong stakeholder management.
• Experience recruiting software engineers, technology specialists and senior leaders.
• Fluency in English and Estonian.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and a proactive ownership mindset.
