About the role

The Information Management Specialist will organise the organisation's information management processes and related archiving activities. This role combines system administration, user support, and the development of document standards to ensure compliance with public information legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer document‑management software, manage user accounts, provide support and organise training sessions.
• Collaborate with developers to implement software changes and updates.
• Design and create document type templates within the document‑management system.
• Develop, maintain and update internal documents related to information management.
• Publish documents on the organisation’s website in line with the Public Information Act.
• Carry out tasks linked to case handling and document archiving.

Required profile

• Higher education in information management, information systems, information science, archiving or a related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in information management.
• Strong knowledge of ICT concepts required for information management.
• Familiarity with legislation governing public information, data protection and archiving.
• Proficient Estonian language skills and intermediate English (B1‑B2) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Document‑management software administration (e.g., WebDesktop, MS SharePoint).
• Experience with ICT systems and data‑protection principles.
