Team Lead, Learning & Engagement

About the role

Konecranes is seeking a Team Lead for Learning & Engagement to head the global service delivery of People Operations. The role focuses on connecting employee feedback, engagement, and learning to create a seamless, high‑quality experience for internal customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Learning & Engagement service area, ensuring reliable delivery, high‑quality support and a positive customer experience.
• Monitor service performance, workload, capacity and quality, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Develop and coach the team, setting clear expectations and supporting professional growth.
• Oversee Learning & Development and Employee Engagement & People Surveys services, including administration, platform support, launch, follow‑up and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and People Operations teams to align priorities, resolve issues and improve service usability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement or People Surveys.
• Proven experience as a team lead or manager in an international or multi‑location environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, improvement mindset and ability to build alignment across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
