About the role

You will lead a multidisciplinary team that assembles smart machines, bringing together specialists in mechanics, electricity and pneumatics. Your main goal is to keep the workflow smooth and ensure each project stage progresses on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily work and allocate tasks for the team.
• Monitor project stages, deadlines and quality standards.
• Resolve issues that arise during production.
• Maintain clear information flow within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Guide, motivate and support team members on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Experienced leader with a holistic view and a caring management style.
• Excellent listening, motivation and communication skills.
• Systematic, precise yet flexible and able to adapt quickly.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions.
• Focus on both people and results, turning problems into opportunities.

Required skills

• Ability to read 3D drawings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• Relevant education in electrical or mechanical engineering (vocational or higher).
