AI Full-Stack Engineer (Freelance, Estonia)

About the role

BlooMind is an AI-powered B2B platform helping companies prevent burnout and build team resilience. It has a working MVP and is preparing it for launch with its first business customers and an EU project focus group. It is looking for a freelance full-stack engineer based in Estonia to turn the MVP into a secure, multi-tenant B2B SaaS product. Security and privacy are central because users trust the platform with sensitive data.

Key responsibilities

• Phase 1 (Dec 2026 to early Jan 2027, about 4 weeks): take over the existing MVP and make it production-ready, with a secure multi-tenant setup and separated client data.
• Build a client admin panel (users, teams, settings, reports) and an internal admin panel for BlooMind.
• Implement role-based access control, user onboarding and invitations.
• Add AI features on a private or EU-hosted model with safeguards for reliable output, and extend the existing gamification.
• Phase 2 (until 31 May 2027): fixes, security updates, monitoring and improvements based on customer feedback; later phases such as a desktop app and integrations are quoted separately.

Required profile

• Strong AI and LLM skills, with experience building and shipping real products with LLMs.
• Ability to make AI reliable: prompt design, few-shot learning, guardrails and testing of AI output.
• Experience with private, self-hosted or EU-hosted AI models, or setting them up.
• Security-first mindset: secure login, access control, encryption, secret handling, and practical knowledge of GDPR with sensitive personal data.
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience.
• At least 3 years of full-stack experience, with a product taken to production.
• Independent, autonomous and adaptable, able to plan and deliver the full build end to end; communicates regularly and explains technical choices simply.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL (Supabase is a plus)
• AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Nice to have: desktop apps (Electron, Tauri), integrations with Microsoft Teams, Slack or HR systems, single sign-on, gamification, health/wellbeing or HR tech experience, security certifications or penetration-testing experience

The engagement is a project-based freelance contractor agreement, paid against invoices issued through a registered Estonian company (OÜ) or as a sole proprietor (FIE). Phase 1 is paid a fixed fee after completion and acceptance testing; Phase 2 is part-time support billed monthly at an agreed hourly rate.
