About the role

Join the Atlassian services team to help organisations simplify work, automate processes and build easy‑to‑use solutions. You will configure Atlassian tools, lead complex client projects and collaborate closely with customers to translate their needs into practical technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Assets to match each client’s unique requirements.
• Lead technically complex projects from requirements gathering through implementation and handover.
• Automate workflows, build integrations and extend Atlassian functionality using scripts and APIs.
• Provide hands‑on support, create clear documentation and guide clients to successful adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience administering and configuring Atlassian tools.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex client projects and make well‑reasoned technical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills in English and very good Estonian.
• Interest in improving business processes and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Required skills

• Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Assets
• Groovy or similar scripting language
• API integration and use of Atlassian Marketplace add‑ons (e.g., ScriptRunner, Tempo)
