Cloud Partner Manager

About the role

Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region since 1991 and the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland since 1996, is looking for a Cloud Partner Manager. The company specialises in software licensing optimisation, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance and business application development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing Partners
• Develop Partner engagement and increase revenue from the current Partner portfolio
• Understand Partners' business needs and support them in growing their customer base
• Implement sales plans in line with the company's strategy
• Manage contract renewals and commercial renegotiations with Partners
• Prepare and deliver presentations and commercial offers for existing Partners
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current Partner base
• Monitor market trends and support Partners in positioning technological solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality Partner experience and delivery of sales targets

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT / technology solutions
• Experience in account management, partner management or customer success-type roles
• Fluency in Estonian / Latvian / Lithuanian and English (minimum B2 level)

Required skills

• Good understanding of sales processes and basic negotiation techniques
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple Partners and long-term business relationships
• Nice to have: knowledge of Microsoft services and products
