Customer Success Manager Contractor Segment – Tallin

About the role

Dalux is a ConTech company providing digital tools and BIM technology (3D information models) to contractors and consultants in more than 150 countries. It is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its team in Tallin, where the person will drive support activities and ensure steady growth in the Estonian contractor market. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate and present Dalux software to existing and new customers.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Represent Dalux at sales activities such as seminars, fairs and conferences.
• Manage implementation and support.
• Proactively reach out to and engage potential clients.

Required profile

• Experience with BIM and a passion for digital construction.
• Solid knowledge and experience working on construction sites or in the construction industry.
• Ability to dive deep into the software and train superusers.
• Ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Team player aiming for mutual success.
• Fluent in both Estonian and English, spoken and written.
