Datacenter IT Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing provider of Cloud & AI infrastructure, is looking for a Datacenter IT Manager to join their team near Tallinn, Estonia. The role involves leading the IT support team, overseeing data‑center infrastructure and ensuring smooth operation of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT support team to meet KPIs and deliver infrastructure projects.
• Oversee hardware troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration of cutting‑edge technologies such as the H200 GPU cloud cluster.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, manuals and procedures for hardware and system maintenance.
• Plan, execute and monitor regular IT tasks to improve and sustain data‑center operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing technical teams and projects in a data‑center environment.
• Hands‑on expertise diagnosing and resolving server hardware problems.
• Strong understanding of server and network equipment principles.
• Experience with project planning and management methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Basic proficiency with Linux command‑line tools.
