Full Stack Engineer - Cloud & SaaS Integrations

About the role

DoiT is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its R&D team and own its Integrations Framework and the experience built on top of it. The role is remote and open to full-time employees in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Israel, and to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal. The engineer designs integrations against third-party billing and usage APIs, works AI-augmented across the workflow, and builds self-service features so customers can connect new vendors quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Build new integrations against third-party billing and usage APIs, covering authentication, incremental sync, rate limits, error handling and schema drift, and improve the Integrations Framework, testing harnesses and scaffolding.
• Use AI tools daily: exploring codebases and APIs, prototyping, generating and reviewing code, debugging, writing tests and documenting.
• Build customer-facing interfaces for connecting, configuring and trusting integrations, including health and status visibility, actionable error states, credential and key rotation and diagnostics.
• Design self-service features such as backfills, reconnects and diagnostics, and expose capabilities via APIs as well as the UI.
• Own features end-to-end, from proposal and spec to implementation and maintenance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, shipping and owning features in production.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs (auth flows, pagination, rate limits, partial failures, breaking changes).
• Comfortable across the stack, able to own a feature from database to interface.
• Working proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS or Azure).
• Uses AI tools in the engineering workflow and speaks about them concretely.
• Excellent written and spoken English, self-organized and goal-oriented.

Required skills

• Strong TypeScript, including modern frontend work (React preferred)
• Go, or strong backend experience in Python, Java, Node.js or C# with willingness to ramp up in Go
• SQL

• Experience building integration platforms or extensibility frameworks
• Experience with cloud or SaaS billing data (AWS/GCP/Azure cost and usage exports, AI vendor billing, FOCUS specification)
• Google BigQuery, Dagster or Airflow, AI-powered product features, FinOps exposure, BA/BS degree
