Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

Benrey is looking for an experienced Full‑Stack Software Engineer to become its first dedicated technical hire. You will create a proprietary influencer relationship and discovery platform for the e‑gaming sector, combining a creator portal, internal dashboard, automated legal workflows, and an AI‑powered helpdesk.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a dual‑sided web application: an admin dashboard for campaign management and a self‑service portal for creators.
• Build large‑scale data collection pipelines using web scraping and API ingestion for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, and TikTok.
• Implement robust proxy rotation, rate‑limiting, and failure recovery to ensure continuous data mining.
• Integrate third‑party services for automated legal document generation (e.g., DocuSign, Documenso).
• Develop an AI‑supported helpdesk by integrating Large Language Models for chatbot assistance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building scalable web applications with modern front‑end and back‑end frameworks.
• Proven expertise in automated web scraping, proxy management, and bypassing basic bot protections.
• Strong ability to own end‑to‑end technical architecture, cloud deployment, and system reliability without supervision.
