Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

scandiweb is looking for a Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist in its Marketing and Sales department, based in the Baltics. The specialist builds and manages customer journeys, runs paid ads and keeps clients informed about their metrics, with a monthly salary of 1,600-2,000 EUR net depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage customer journeys, from welcome series to win-back campaigns, across email, SMS and other channels
• Use purchase habits and site activity to send automated, personalised messages
• A/B test offers, designs, messaging and channels to improve performance
• Run paid ads on Google and Meta, turning clicks into paying, repeat customers
• Track customer value and retention metrics and share actionable next steps with clients and leads
• Review client email platforms and tech tools, set them up, ensure emails land in the inbox and fix technical issues
• Review campaign setups, copy and briefs from juniors, giving guidance and quality control
• Stay up to date with online shopping trends, new AI tools and privacy rules to propose fresh ideas

Required profile

• Proven experience driving retention, LTV and revenue growth through lifecycle marketing and digital acquisition in eCommerce
• Ability to turn business goals into lifecycle roadmaps without step-by-step guidance
• Excellent client-facing communication in English, presenting strategies to stakeholders and working with creative, tech and media teams
• Learning mindset, drive and honesty; experience with AI tools is a plus

Required skills

• Lifecycle tools such as Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Customer.io and Mailchimp, including data integrations, personalisation and deliverability
• Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager and data visualisation tools
• A/B testing across emails, landing pages and ads
