GTM Engineer

About the role

As a Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Engineer at Creem you will blend engineering expertise with marketing and sales processes to build scalable, automated systems that drive customer acquisition and onboarding. You will own the end‑to‑end GTM workflow, creating technical components that make Creem’s financial infrastructure accessible and compelling for new users.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement GTM workflows, automating customer touchpoints and onboarding processes.
• Prioritize and deliver high‑impact automation solutions that maximize marketing and sales value.
• Develop innovative approaches to market positioning, community engagement, and product storytelling.
• Build and orchestrate technical systems as well as vibrant user communities, forums, and educational content.
• Manage traditional GTM tasks such as campaign management and conversion optimisation through creative automation.
