Head of Creative Studio

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Head of Creative Studio to lead its in-house creative production team and deliver high-quality creative assets across its global business. You will oversee the Studio's people, processes and performance, working closely with Brand Creative and marketing teams to improve production workflows, introduce AI-powered solutions and build a scalable, cost-effective creative operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Studio: manage team performance, hiring and development, and support Project Managers and Senior Creatives.
• Improve creative operations: set up briefing processes, prioritisation frameworks and delivery standards for high-volume production.
• Scale production with AI: introduce AI tools and automation to simplify workflows and expand self-service creative capabilities.
• Maintain creative quality: ensure assets meet Bolt's brand standards and work with marketing teams to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Brand Creative, marketing and other teams to align priorities and support integrated campaigns.
• Manage resources and budgets: oversee capacity planning, freelance partnerships and production costs.

Required profile

• Experience leading an in-house creative studio, creative production team or agency operations function, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience managing and developing creative and project management teams.
• Understanding of creative production workflows, resource planning and project management, with experience delivering high volumes of creative assets.
• Comfortable using AI, automation and creative technology to scale production.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking performance metrics and improving efficiency and costs.
• Clear communication, effective collaboration and the ability to balance creative quality with business priorities and deadlines.
