Implementation Specialist – EMEA

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will join a close‑knit team of Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to turn ambitious onboarding plans into fully operational e‑commerce systems across the EMEA region. You will act as a strategist, technologist and storyteller, ensuring every new customer enjoys a seamless first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects from kickoff to live, translating customer requirements into functional configurations.
• Conduct customer calls, provide status updates and deliver internal presentations.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure while collaborating with distributed, cross‑time‑zone teams.
• Test bold ideas, iterate quickly and document processes using AI‑assisted tools.
• Utilise Salesforce, Asana and standard Office applications to track progress and maintain records.

Required profile

• Proven performance in a customer‑facing role (6–12 months minimum) such as e‑commerce operations, support, onboarding or account management.
• Curious, proactive problem‑solver with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of APIs and data exchange.
• Experience with Salesforce and Asana.
• Strong competence in CSV and Excel (XLSX) data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems, Product Information Management, ERP and e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop or WooCommerce.
• Interest in AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Fellow) for documentation and workflow efficiency.
