Key Account Manager – Workwear & Safety Footwear Sales

About the role

Join MASCOT, a premium workwear and safety footwear brand, as a Key Account Manager responsible for driving growth in Estonia. You will identify, approach, and win new end‑user customers while collaborating closely with our distributor network.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business across sectors such as construction, industry, energy, transport and logistics.
• Engage decision‑makers to create demand for MASCOT’s premium solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to maximise market potential.
• Own the sales pipeline: plan, prioritise, execute and convert opportunities into long‑term contracts.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and represent MASCOT at trade fairs.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to management.

Required profile

• Proactive B2B hunter with proven success in new‑business development.
• Experience selling value‑based solutions, preferably in workwear, PPE or similar quality‑driven industries.
• Fluent in Estonian and confident in English.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self‑driven, structured and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20 overnight stays per year, including trips to Denmark).
