Lean & Process Manager

About the role

ERGO Baltics is looking for a Lean & Process Manager to drive continuous improvement and process excellence across the group. You will support the implementation of Lean principles, run process improvement initiatives and strengthen the process management framework, working with stakeholders across functions and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and adoption of Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across ERGO Baltics.
• Facilitate Lean workshops and support process improvement and change management activities linked to organizational transformation.
• Maintain and develop ERGO's process management framework, ensuring processes are documented, reviewed and updated in line with organizational standards.
• Work with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, strengthen process governance, identify process risks and set up effective controls.

Required profile

• Experience in process management, business analysis, project management, operational excellence or continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of business process management and process modelling.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies is an advantage.
