Manager, Growth Analytics

About the role

Bolt is a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. As a Growth Analytics Manager, you will lead a small team of Senior and Mid-level Growth Analysts and own campaign spending strategy across your markets. You combine hands-on analytics with strong leadership to drive marketplace success, working closely with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Senior and Mid-level Growth Analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output.
• Own campaign spending strategy across assigned markets, optimising investments to maximise ROI and growth impact.
• Translate business goals into clear analytical priorities and actionable insights.
• Partner with Expansion, Marketing, Operations and local teams to drive marketplace performance.
• Oversee the experimentation roadmap (A/B tests and other analyses) and ensure rigorous interpretation of results.
• Identify scalable growth opportunities and improve team processes, playbooks and decision-making frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related data field, including experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation and A/B testing, with proven experience designing and evaluating experiments.
• Advanced SQL and solid Python skills, plus hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and building scalable, reliable reporting and dashboards.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
