Microsoft Engineer – Hybrid Cloud & M365 Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Engineer to help LHV scale its internal infrastructure across Estonia, the UK and Europe. You will bridge traditional on‑premise systems and cloud services, designing a secure hybrid ecosystem and automating everyday tasks for our teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Purview) in a hybrid environment.
• Integrate cloud and on‑premise services while ensuring high security and full visibility.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to simplify daily work.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that improve internal processes.
• Document solutions and decisions clearly for future use.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services operating in hybrid setups.
• Experience with Windows Server services such as Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP and Certificate Authority.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization, networking, backup, monitoring and high‑availability concepts.
• AI‑first mindset and curiosity to explore AI improvements.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn continuously.
• Fluency in Estonian is highly preferred and residency in Estonia is required.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments is a plus.
