Parts & Service Advisor

About the role

Luxury Motors is seeking a Parts & Service Advisor for its Tallinn workshop. You will act as the bridge between technicians, customers and suppliers, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time while supporting service order administration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, order and receive parts required for workshop repairs and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory, organise the warehouse and monitor stock levels.
• Supply parts and technical information to technicians and coordinate repair requirements.
• Support workshop planning, service order administration and warranty documentation.
• Communicate with customers about parts and service matters and handle parts sales inquiries.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturer representatives and Baltic colleagues to improve processes.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive parts, service or a related technical environment is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of automotive parts and repair processes or a strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a strong advantage.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
