Production Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Production Planner for Saku Brewery who will develop short‑ and mid‑term production plans based on capacity and material availability. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver optimal production solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Compile the production and brewing plans for the brewery.
• Monitor finished‑goods stock levels and adjust the plan as needed.
• Set production priorities, gather input from stakeholders and keep them informed of changes.
• Support new product launches and product delistings.
• Analyse plan execution and implement process improvements.
• Prepare supply‑chain planning related reporting.

Required profile

• University degree and prior experience as a production planner.
• Experience in a supply‑chain environment, preferably in a results‑driven FMCG setting.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Critical thinking with the ability to manage details while keeping the big picture in view.
• Organisational skills to handle ambiguity, set and readjust priorities across multiple projects.
• Fluent in Estonian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and the broader MS Office suite).
• Familiarity with PowerBI.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
