About the role

Eurowind Energy is seeking a Project Development Manager to join its Estonian team. You will lead existing on‑shore wind projects to construction readiness and explore new renewable energy opportunities across Estonia.

Key responsibilities

• Advance current on‑shore wind projects to the construction‑ready stage.
• Identify, analyse and develop additional renewable energy projects suitable for the Estonian market.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landowners, local authorities, communities and other stakeholders.
• Lead permitting, planning and environmental impact assessment processes in collaboration with public authorities and consultants.
• Coordinate grid connection studies and technical feasibility work.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to develop renewable energy projects in Estonia.
• Preferably a university degree in renewable energy, electrical power, environmental technology, land management or planning.
• Experience in renewable‑energy project development, construction or spatial planning.
• Previous work on on‑shore wind projects is a significant advantage.
• Systematic, independent, well‑organized and capable of managing multiple projects at different stages.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create collaborative links with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Estonian and English.
