Quality Inspector Trainee (Winter/Spring 2027)

About the role

Ericsson Estonia's supply site offers a full-time, shift-based traineeship for students in technical or quality-related studies, or interested in electronics, manufacturing or production quality. As a Quality Inspector Trainee you will inspect products and assemblies and verify that they meet drawings, work instructions and defined quality criteria, working with Quality, Production and other teams to record findings, identify defects and support investigations of deviations. The traineeship runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 May 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and quality inspections of products and assemblies
• Verify product compliance against drawings, work instructions and defined quality criteria
• Identify and document defects and deviations accurately
• Support the handling and investigation of quality deviations
• Record inspection results in applicable systems and documentation
• Follow quality, safety and production procedures
• Cooperate with Quality, Production and other functions
• Support continuous improvement and keep the inspection workplace clean and organised

Required profile

• Currently studying at a vocational school or university
• Able to commit full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) for the standard period
• Has reached the age of 18 by 1 February 2027
• Valid working rights in Estonia until at least 31 May 2027
• Some proficiency in English, verbal and written
