Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, Drivers

About the role

Bolt is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own its driver acquisition strategy in selected markets. The role goes beyond managing campaigns: you will own the performance marketing results in both new and established markets, with autonomy to test bold ideas, allocate budget, optimise across core channels and set the standard for channel setup and growth scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end growth roadmap and lead budget experimentation strategies to maximise ROI and identify scalable opportunities across core business verticals for allocated markets.
• Design, manage and scale high-impact performance campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok, optimised for user acquisition and key business KPIs.
• Lead a rigorous testing culture, designing and running tests on budget allocation, creatives, platform betas and optimisations.
• Lead performance marketing user acquisition in a given region or set of markets, working with local stakeholders and accounting for local context.
• Analyse creative performance across platforms and turn data into actionable insights for the creative team.
• Partner with Martech & Analytics, Brand and vertical marketing teams on growth initiatives, experimentation and documentation of results.
• Monitor budget pacing and metrics (paybacks, CPA, iROI) and give data-backed recommendations for quarterly budget planning and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Experience optimising and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok, with a deep understanding of ad platform mechanics and technical setup.
• Proven track record managing 5-digit (or higher) monthly budgets across multiple markets and owning end-to-end growth roadmaps and ROI results.
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience running incrementality and conversion lift tests based on incremental CPA, ROI and payback.
• Self-driven project manager who independently ideates testing initiatives, builds action plans and communicates results across cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Web and app attribution tools such as GA4 and MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust or Singular.
• Basic knowledge of Figma is a bonus.
