About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Java applications.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Apply architectural patterns and best practices to ensure scalability and performance.
• Monitor industry advances and propose improvements to products and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Java software development.
• Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks, Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA), and contemporary databases.
• Experience writing unit tests, refactoring, and maintaining existing codebases.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and Agile methodologies.
• Curious, pragmatic, and open to rethinking existing solutions.
• Fluent in Estonian and English.
