Software Tester – Finance & Insurance

About the role

CGI is looking for a Software Tester to join its Finance & Insurance team. The ideal candidate has experience delivering high-quality software and enjoys a collaborative environment. The position requires Estonian citizenship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out manual functional, exploratory and regression testing
• Perform integration testing across APIs, backend services and connected systems
• Design and run performance tests covering response times, stability and scalability
• Contribute to test automation by developing and maintaining automated tests for selected scenarios

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a software tester
• Experience testing APIs, backend services or modern web/mobile applications
• Understanding of agile product development and CI/CD environments
• Ability to communicate in English and Estonian; Estonian citizenship is required
• Bonus: finance domain experience, test automation experience and knowledge of AI productivity tools
