Sportsbook Technical Support Analyst

About the role

Genius Sports is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to keep its sportsbook clients running smoothly. You will join a team that powers fan engagement with smart ads, AI‑driven broadcasts, epic stats and gamified experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries and resolve issues quickly, clearly and to a high standard.
• Prioritise and solve problems raised by colleagues across the company and parent company.
• Support fellow Support Analysts, escalating to the Development Team when needed and keeping clients informed.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
• Escalate issues you cannot resolve, providing clear context for the next team.
• Monitor systems and flag anything unusual.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication in English (B2+).
• Experience in customer support, ideally technical support.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and good judgement on when to escalate.
• Ability to multitask and stay accurate under pressure.
• Comfortable using MS Office, online research and internal tools.
