Technical Lead – Document Management & Workflow Systems

About the role

Join Luminor as a Technical Lead responsible for designing and delivering innovative banking and fintech solutions that cover the full document lifecycle – generation, capture, archiving and signing. You will work within a pan‑Baltic team, collaborating with IT peers, business stakeholders and external suppliers in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of document management and workflow systems using Java and cloud‑native technologies.
• Ensure architectural best practices, security, scalability and performance of financial products.
• Conduct code reviews, technical discussions and mentor engineering teams.
• Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines and cloud adoption to accelerate delivery.
• Establish Communities of Practice in Software Engineering, QA, DevOps and Cloud.

Required profile

• Strong background in banking or fintech software development and architecture.
• Proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Understanding of finance‑sector regulations.
