About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to shape the digital future of Estonia’s large‑scale industry. You will lead initiatives that boost the reliability, efficiency and cyber security of production systems across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cyber‑security development projects for industrial networks and automation systems.
• Plan, coordinate and drive projects from concept through to deployment.
• Conduct risk analyses and cyber‑security assessments (Cyber Security Assessment, Gap Analysis, TSRA).
• Develop and execute action plans to raise the cyber‑security level of production environments.
• Coordinate with production, automation, IT, energy, occupational safety specialists and external partners.
• Prepare technical specifications and procurement documents and take part in supplier selection.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical field (IT, automation, electro‑energy or cyber security).
• Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably in automation or industrial digitalisation.
• Fluent English and conversational Estonian and Russian.
• Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA and HMI systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, ISO 27001 or other information‑security standards.
• Experience in risk management and ensuring cyber‑security of industrial systems.
