About the role

LHV is looking for a Business Client Management Specialist to shape the end‑to‑end experience for corporate customers. You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients from acquisition through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new business clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Understand clients' business models, identify needs and propose suitable banking and payment solutions.
• Manage the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active customer.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, face‑to‑face meetings and client events.
• Provide guidance on LHV services, answer queries and represent client interests within the bank.
• Collect necessary client information, apply “know‑your‑client” procedures and appropriate risk‑based measures.
• Negotiate and sign contracts within delegated authority and coordinate internal resources for rapid solution delivery.
• Collaborate daily with other LHV teams and share expertise across departments.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and banking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambition and a proactive sales attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent and able to take responsibility for delivering results.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment while maintaining precision.
• Willingness to continuously learn LHV products and keep knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Relevant education in finance, economics or business is a plus.
• Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian language skills are beneficial.
