Attorney (Lawyer) – Tallinn Office

About the role

Meelis Masso Law Firm is expanding its presence in Tallinn and is looking for a qualified Attorney‑at‑Law to join the team. This full‑time position will involve advising a diverse client base across civil, criminal, administrative, commercial, employment and data‑protection matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to private clients, businesses, public‑sector entities and international clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, pleadings, memoranda and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Tallinn, Rapla and Pärnu to deliver consistent service across Estonia.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Licensed attorney or eligible for admission to the Estonian Bar Association.
• Experience in civil, criminal and/or administrative law.
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
• Professional proficiency in Estonian and good command of English; additional languages (Russian, German, Finnish) are a plus.
• High ethical standards, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.
