Business Developer (Analyst) – Savings & Investments Trading Team

About the role

SEB is looking for a Business Developer (Analyst) to join its Trading Team in the Savings & Investments Tribe in Tallinn. The team develops trading applications and solutions for receiving market data from various sources, and handles trading deal reporting and other topics related to buying and selling securities such as shares, ETFs, bonds and IPOs. The team is highly autonomous, with each member owning an important part of the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities

• Talk to stakeholders, understand their needs and turn insights into clear requirements
• Work closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality
• Investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Prepare and execute test scenarios end to end so that solutions work as expected
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, procedures and training materials

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, product development or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with investment products, gained in product development, back-office or a similar area
• Fluent written and spoken English and Estonian
• Proactive, positive and can-do mindset

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and work independently
