Implementation Manager - White-Label Card Issuing

About the role

Wallester, a fintech company providing white-label card issuance platforms, is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead its White-Label project implementations. You will launch new B2B client projects, provide technical assistance and manage complex integrations, acting as the main link between clients, internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end launch of White-Label projects for B2B clients, with fast time-to-market and high quality.
• Provide technical assistance and lead technical discussions internally and with clients throughout the implementation.
• Manage communication, secure project approvals with external stakeholders and advise clients on project rules and physical card orders (design, price, parameters, conditions).
• Oversee the technical management of onboarding for new B2B clients for Visa implementation.
• Use tools such as ClickUp to run the workflow across departments, check details, track milestones and orders, and adjust conditions and notify clients.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on processing systems and team KPIs, and help improve internal workflows.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Fluent English is required; Russian is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects, software implementations or IT onboarding; fintech, payment systems or card issuing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, independence, stakeholder management and detail orientation.

Required skills

• Understanding of REST APIs and project technical implementation.
• Experience with project management and communication tools such as ClickUp, Jira and Slack.
