C2 & Mission Software Engineer

About the role

UCXS Group OÜ is seeking a C2 & Mission Software Engineer to develop real‑time command and control and mission‑management software that connects sensors, autonomous platforms and operator‑facing interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop command & control and mission‑management software.
• Build operator interfaces with maps, live tracks, status information, alerts and controls.
• Integrate sensor, positioning, tracking and trajectory data, as well as prediction outputs from external algorithms.
• Visualise live positions, routes, trajectories and operational areas.
• Implement mission planning, simulation, telemetry, real‑time video feeds and platform status integration.
• Connect external data sources such as ADS‑B, AIS or similar feeds.
• Develop APIs and real‑time communication interfaces using TCP/UDP, WebSockets, gRPC and Protobuf.
• Implement event logging, recording and replay, and support system integration, testing and field trials.

Required profile

• Background in command & control or mission systems.
• Experience with UAV, autonomous‑system ground control, aerospace or aviation software.
• Familiarity with radar, tracking, robotics or fleet‑control software.
• Work on geospatial and real‑time monitoring applications.
