Campaign Performance Manager

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team as a Campaign Performance Manager. You will act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of high‑potential advertisers, translating their business goals into measurable, data‑driven campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Google and many others.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor embedded in the client’s business.
• Lead client education and regular business reviews, delivering performance analysis that tells a clear story and provides actionable recommendations.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning and onboarding to execution, reporting and proactive issue resolution.
• Analyze campaign data, market trends and client performance to identify upselling, cross‑selling and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, analytics, creative teams and platform partners to ensure client feedback shapes product and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Native or full professional fluency in Latvian and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems using data.
• Genuine curiosity for the digital advertising industry and a continuous learning attitude.
• Proactive “doer” who can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a related digital advertising role.
