Commercial Assistant

About the role

Rimi Baltic Group, one of the leading grocery retail companies in the Baltics, is looking for a Commercial Assistant. The role covers supplier, product and pricing data, data preparation and analysis, and administrative coordination within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and maintain supplier, product and pricing data, and communicate with company employees and suppliers
• Prepare and analyse data according to managers' instructions
• Maintain administrative processes within the department and exchange information with other departments
• Plan and organise assigned tasks, track progress and report progress, uncertainties or delays to the manager
• Monitor task execution independently, seek help when needed and propose solutions
• Review entered and updated information carefully to ensure data accuracy

Required profile

• Ongoing or completed higher education in Economics or a related field
• Preferred: experience in retail, purchasing/procurement, marketing or a similar field
• Very good Estonian and English, and very good computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• Accuracy, logical and analytical thinking, strong communication skills
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage several tasks at once, with responsibility and discipline
• Proactive approach and willingness to accept feedback
