Customer Care Specialist – Temporary (until Sep 2027)

About the role

Join Neste’s Customer Care Team in Tallinn and support our strategic Finnish customers. You will work closely with sales and account managers, providing back‑office assistance, data accuracy, and problem‑solving to ensure smooth order and invoicing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales team and account managers with Finnish strategic customer requests.
• Maintain accurate information in reports and the customer management system.
• Handle reclamations, verify customer invoicing, and oversee order management.
• Support day‑to‑day operative tasks of the Customer Care Team.

Required profile

• High school education; a relevant university degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in a back‑office customer or sales support role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
