About the role
Linde Gas AS is looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Tallinn, Estonia. The representative represents Linde in the Norwegian, Danish and Swedish markets and provides first-line support to B2B customers, managing orders and queries by phone, live chat and email, and handling duties related to cylinder delivery. The role also involves helping to build a support team in a challenging environment.
Required profile
- Very good command of Norwegian and English is a must.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help others.
- Similar experience from previous employment is an advantage.
