About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Cybersecurity Co‑Founder and Head of Growth for a new venture. Working 100% remotely, you will own, build, and scale a cybersecurity startup while receiving mentorship from seasoned unicorn founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy, including sales and marketing initiatives.
• Lead product development cycles to achieve product‑market‑fit.
• Recruit and manage a high‑performing team using our extensive talent network.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.
• Collaborate weekly with experienced founders for strategic guidance.

Required profile

• Based in Europe, the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent English communication skills.
