Data Center Project Documentation Engineer

About the role

Caverion, an expert in smart and sustainable built environments, is looking for a Data Center Project Documentation Engineer. The role covers managing and maintaining all project documentation, supporting project handover and coordinating documentation between contractors, subcontractors, designers and the client. The position is based in Saue, Estonia, and lasts 4-6 months on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documentation.
• Upload, track and distribute documents through ACC, BauHub and Dalux.
• Review drawing revisions and ensure document control compliance.
• Support project handover with complete and accurate documentation packages.
• Coordinate as-built drawings, test certificates, O&M manuals and commissioning documentation.
• Prepare reports and maintain document registers.

Required profile

• Education in construction or engineering (may be in progress).
• Previous experience as a Documentation Engineer on construction or data center projects.
• Ability to coordinate documentation between contractors, subcontractors, designers and the client.
• Good written and verbal communication in Estonian and English.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
