Event Design & Production Specialist

About the role

PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, is looking for an Event Design & Production Specialist to create and deliver visual materials for corporate and project events, trainings, and meetings worldwide. You will ensure that all event assets are polished, consistent, and ready for execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and format visual materials for corporate and project events.
• Support the preparation of presentations and digital assets for meetings and trainings.
• Coordinate visual assets, digital signage, and basic AV needs during events.
• Maintain event templates, digital materials, and branded corporate assets.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of event materials.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, event production, or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability and desire to travel internationally.
