Finance Business Partner - Servicing

About the role

Wise is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Servicing tribe to join its FP&A team in Tallinn. You will act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across Customer Support, Financial Crime, and KYC, helping the business scale cost‑effectively while delivering insights that drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Servicing leads to understand operational complexities and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Lead the annual and quarterly planning process, forecasting headcount and operating expenses.
• Design and maintain scalable financial frameworks to analyse Wise’s cost base.
• Perform deep‑dive variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast) and build data‑driven narratives for leadership.
• Communicate results and recommendations to department heads and senior leadership.
• Represent the finance team in cross‑functional initiatives and mentor junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising senior department leaders and influencing decisions.
• Extensive background building complex financial models, preferably using Anaplan.
• Track record of high‑volume headcount planning and capacity modelling in an operational or customer‑facing environment.
• Experience establishing effective finance policies and procedures.
