Founding Marketing Engineer

About the role

Rankfor is building the first AI‑driven brand visibility measurement platform. As the Founding Marketing Engineer you will own and evolve the entire marketing codebase, turning data‑rich pipelines into real‑world campaigns while also driving community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the content factory – deck builder, copy linter, video pipeline, carousel and social‑card generators.
• Own the measurement layer (GTM, GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, tracking pixels) and ensure accurate monthly reporting.
• Develop and manage outreach machinery – email sequences, deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), lead enrichment and LinkedIn workflows.
• Keep the public site and landing pages (Astro, React) optimized for AI citation, including structured data and prerendering.
• Run paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), create creative variants, monitor spend and pause under‑performing assets.
• Operate AI Ads infrastructure, serving campaign assets and delivering bot‑read reporting to publishers and advertisers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on engineer comfortable writing production‑grade code and shipping marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to balance technical work, campaign execution and community/PR activities.
