Global Procurement Business Process Manager

About the role

Stoneridge is seeking a Global Procurement Business Process Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of procurement processes worldwide. You will standardise procedures for direct and indirect materials, supplier quality and trade compliance while managing the procurement playbook and driving efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve global procurement processes covering Direct & Indirect Materials, Supplier Quality, Program Procurement, Change Management, Transportation and Trade Compliance.
• Own and update the Procurement Playbook, ensuring governance and adoption across all business units.
• Lead procurement training programmes, including onboarding and continuous learning, and manage training tracking tools.
• Partner with business‑systems teams to maintain process and training repositories on learning platforms.
• Conduct internal audits, monitor process utilisation and compliance, and produce monthly procurement scorecards and leadership reports.
• Facilitate weekly Procurement Council meetings, drive action follow‑up and lead special projects supporting global procurement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders and deliver clear, engaging presentations.
