Head of Operations – eCommerce DTC Brand

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Head of Operations to lead the back‑end functions of a fast‑growing, eight‑figure direct‑to‑consumer brand based in Estonia. You will own the end‑to‑end operating infrastructure, turning complexity into clear processes, accountable ownership, and measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply chain, inventory planning, manufacturing relationships, 3PL, fulfillment, returns and vendor coordination.
• Design, document and maintain scalable SOPs, operating systems and a Notion knowledge base.
• Build accurate inventory records, purchase‑order calendars and reporting dashboards that serve as a single source of truth for leadership.
• Create automated subscription and channel revenue reports and a weekly operations scorecard.
• Develop vendor and agency scorecards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify missing functions, define roles, lead recruitment and onboard 4‑6 functional leaders.
• Establish hiring pipelines, work‑sample assessments and accountability mechanisms.
• Translate strategic decisions into detailed specifications, track execution and resolve operational issues at their root cause.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling operations in a high‑growth eCommerce environment.
• Track record of moving day‑to‑day responsibilities from founders to independent functional owners.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional and external stakeholder collaboration.
